  1. About us. These terms apply to every order placed with Flucora, [Company legal name], registered at the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number [KVK number], VAT number [VAT number], registered address [Business address]. Contact: [email address].
  2. Applicability. These terms apply to all offers, orders and agreements between Flucora and the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  3. Prices. All prices are shown in euros and include VAT. Flucora reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors.
  4. The agreement. An agreement is formed once you receive an order confirmation by email after placing an order.
  5. Right of withdrawal. You may cancel your order within 30 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. This exceeds the legal minimum of 14 days under EU consumer law. To return an item, contact us at [email address]. The product should be returned in its original condition where reasonably possible. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received.
  6. Delivery. Orders are processed within 24 hours. Average delivery time is 1 to 3 working days. You'll receive a track and trace code once your order ships. Occasional delays at the carrier can affect delivery time.
  7. Payment. Payment is due at the time of ordering. Accepted methods: iDEAL, Wero, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, SEPA and others, processed securely through Shopify Payments.
  8. Warranty. Products must conform to what was agreed at the time of purchase (wettelijke garantie, statutory warranty under Dutch law). If a product is faulty or not as described, contact us and we'll offer a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.
  9. Liability. Flucora's liability is limited to the value of the order, except in cases of intent or gross negligence, in line with what Dutch law permits businesses to limit.
  10. Complaints. If you have a complaint, contact us first at [email address]. We aim to respond within a reasonable time. Complaints can also be submitted via the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
  11. Governing law. Dutch law applies. Disputes are submitted to the competent Dutch court, unless mandatory consumer protection law says otherwise.
